Cancellation Policy
**PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF SICK/OR HAVE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19** * A deposit is required to book all appointments and is non-refundable. FILL POLICY In order for your appointment to be a fill, you must have at least 40% of the original set left. If less than 40% is there, you may have to reschedule for a full set. CANCELLATION A minimum 24HR cancellation notice is required by phone, voice-mail, or message. Late cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the total service booked. LATE ARRIVAL Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that I may have to reschedule your service. NO SHOW POLICY A no show fee will be charged to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment REFUNDS I do not offer refunds for services. Deposits are non refundable regardless of cancelling or rescheduling. ❗️❗️For lash extension appointments, please remove any contact lenses and all eye makeup before arriving such as heavy mascara.❗️❗️
